Meeting with Mr. Andres Rebolledo Smitmans, Director General of DIRECON (Dirrecion General de Relaciones Economicas Internacionales), which is equivalent to MITI Malaysia this afternoon, Friday, 27/11/2015. The meeting was also to deliberate on how to facilitate more trade between Malaysia and Chile as well as to look again at the Free Trade Agreement that Malaysia and Chile signed in 2010 and came into effect in 2012. Currently Chile already signed FTAs with 65 countries (24 FTAs).
