Meeting with Mr. Jorge Green, General Manager of Andes Motor and Mr. Maximiliano Sfeir, Commercial Manager of Andes Motor at the Embassy of Malaysia on Thursday, 5/11/2015. The meeting was to inform on Andes Motor finalization of importation of Proton Cars to Chile. Three left-hand drive Proton Models ie Saga, Preve and Exora will be arriving in Chile in December and will be tested for approval by the Chilean authority before Andes Motor expected launch of Proton in Chile coming next April 2016. Andes Motor expecting to import 500 units of Proton a year for a 5-year period and this will increase trade between Malaysia and Chile in the amount of USD6 million a year.
