Meeting with Professor Raul Nadim Thoms L from University of Santiago Chile at the Embassy of Malaysia, Santiago this morning (Tuesday, 16/2/2016). The meeting was held among others to deliberate further on collaboration between interested Universities in Malaysia with University of Santiago Chile which is currently one of the top five Universities in Latin America.
