The Step by Step Plan is a gradual strategy to face the pandemic according to the health situation of each particular area . These are 5 stages or gradual steps , ranging from Quarantine to Advanced Opening, with specific restrictions and obligations. The advance or retreat from one particular step to another is subject to epidemiological indicators, healthcare network and traceability . More at Gob.cl
PHASE ONE (1)
WHAT IS FORBIDDEN IN MY COMMUNITY?
The operation of Clubs for Seniors and Day Centers for Seniors.
The operation of cinemas, theaters, pubs, discos and similar places.
The attention of the public in restaurants and cafes.
The operation of gyms open to the public.
Carrying out sports activity that requires leaving the house.
Carrying out and participating in social and recreational events and meetings.
The entrance and exit to SENAME and ELEAM Centers.
The transfer to non-habitual residence and to other regions.
The face-to-face classes of educational establishments of school and preschool education.
The performance of offices, rites and ceremonies (except funerals).
WHAT I CAN DO?
You must stay at home , and you can only go out to make purchases or specific and essential procedures with an individual permit that you can obtain at comisariavirtual.cl (two a week).
You must respect the curfew , which implies that you cannot leave between 00:00 and 05:00 hours unless you have a safe conduct due to a medical emergency or the death of a direct relative. In some quarantined communes the curfew is from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
You can go to work if you work in an essential service , and you have a collective travel permit or a single collective permit.
If you are over 75 years of age , on Monday, Thursday and Saturday you can go for a walk once a day, for 60 minutes, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. or between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. , up to 200 meters around your house.
If the commune has been in quarantine for more than 14 days, children and adolescents can leave once a day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 10:00 and 12:00 hours or between 16:00 and 18:00, for a maximum of 90 minutes and one kilometer around your home. Children under 14 must be accompanied. This permit is also available to residents of SENAME centers.
Every time you go out, with the corresponding authorization, you must wear a mask , keep your physical distance and remember measures such as hand washing or use of alcohol gel.

The operation of gyms open to the public.
Carrying out sports activity in closed places, or that requires leaving the house, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Carrying out and participating in events, social and recreational gatherings, trades, rites, seminars and ceremonies with more people than allowed, and any event or meeting during curfew hours or throughout the day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays ( exception of funerals).
WHAT I CAN DO?
Everyone, including those over 75, can go out, but not go to quarantined places.

Residents of SENAME Centers can go out up to 3 times / week, with authorization and supervision. Visits from significant links are also allowed.
ELEAM residents can go for a walk every day for a maximum of 2 hours and 200 m around, and can be visited by 2 people, 2 times a week.
Trades, rites, seminars and ceremonies of up to 2 hours , only from Monday to Friday, with a capacity of one person every 4m2, with a maximum of 20 people in an open place and 10 in a closed place. Fixed location of attendees and no food consumption.
Every time you go out, with the corresponding authorization, you must wear a mask , keep your physical distance and remember measures such as hand washing or use of alcohol gel.
WHAT CAN WORK IN MY COMMUNITY?
Pharmacies, supermarkets and other places of supply of food and basic products, health centers and public service establishments.
Commerce and other non-essential activities that can work with workers who live in a commune in Transition or without quarantine.
Customer service in restaurants and cafes only on terraces or open spaces, up to 25% of their capacity or with 2 linear meters between tables. Maximum stay of 2 hours and sanitation for 15 minutes every 2 hours.

The operation of pubs, discos and similar places.
The attention of the public in closed places of restaurants, cafes and the like that do not have permanent natural ventilation.
The public in sports activities.
Carrying out and participating in events, social and recreational gatherings, offices, rites, seminars, and ceremonies with more people than allowed, and any event or meeting during curfew hours.
The entrance and exit to SENAME and ELEAM Centers without supervision.

WHAT CAN WORK IN MY COMMUNITY?
Pharmacies, supermarkets and other places of supply of food and basic products, health centers and public service establishments.
Commerce and other non-essential activities that can function with workers who live in a commune without quarantine.
Attention to the public in restaurants, cafes and the like only on terraces and open places, ensuring at least 2 meters between tables. They can operate indoors with only 25% of their capacity, at least 2 meters between tables, with a maximum stay of 2 hours and permanent natural ventilation.
Indoor sports venues and gyms can only function with permanent natural ventilation and there can be no more than 5 people in the same enclosure, who must be 2 meters apart. With different schedules and a maximum stay of one hour. Each room must be ventilated for 15 minutes every hour. The machines must be within two meters of each other. No dressing rooms and no audience.

Cinemas, theaters and similar can have functions, but without an audience.

The entry and exit to ELEAM Centers and SENAME Centers without authorization.
