Santiago has been affected with heavy drenching rain for the past few days. Yesterday was the worse than previous days, and many areas in Santiago Business District are flooded.
This has not happened in Chile for the past few years especially since its capital Santiago is well known as a city with only 5 to 7 days of rainfall per year!
