Signing the Condolence Book on behalf of the Government of Malaysia on the sad passing of former President of the Republic of Chile, Don Patricio Aylwin Azocar(1990-1994). President Aylwin left an important legacy in steering back democracy to Chile after the Pinochet Regime. He was 97 years old (1918-2016) when he passed away on Tuesday morning, 19 April 2016.
Dr Rameez signed the condolence book this morning(Thursday, 21/4/2016) at the O'Higgins Salon, 2nd Floor, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Chile. The State Funeral will be held tomorrow at the Metropolitan Cathedral and General Cemetery.
