Advancements in digital technology are the main catalysts in achieving the outcomes beyond people’s expectations. Hence, in today’s world, people and businesses in the tourism industry can connect, exchange information and perform transactions in ways never imagined before. The “Beyond Expectation” will explore these infinite potentials and opportunities this new tourism industry has to offer. The conference will bring together world leaders in tourism, high-level policy-makers, specialists and experts from the public and private sectors, academicians and representatives from the media to exchange ideas and experiences, update their knowledge, and expand the existing network for future tourism growth and development.
Our honourable Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad is going to officiate the launch of the conference on August 26, 2019.
