Registration of Malaysian Citizen

To enable the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Malaysian Missions abroad to provide an optimum service or to disseminate information to Malaysians abroad, it is important that we know how to get in touch with you. Therefore, all Malaysians living abroad are encouraged to register themselves at the nearest Malaysian Embassy/High Commission. This requirement to register is clearly stated in the Malaysian International Passport.

For registration of Malaysian Citizen in Beijing, you may wish to register through our the ekonsular website at e-Konsular (kln.gov.my) OR via offline by returning the registration form together with passport size photograph to the Embassy of Malaysia, No. 2, Liang Ma Qiao Bei Jie, Chaoyang District, 100600 Beijing(attn: Administrative Section). The registration form can be downloaded from the Forms Menu.
