On 30 April 2026, Consul General Muzambli Markam welcomed students and teachers from three Hong Kong secondary schools — Tak Nga Secondary School, St. Joseph’s College and Tung Chung Catholic School — under the “Connecting with ASEAN, Broadening Global Horizons” Consulate Visit and Exchange Programme.
The programme was in coordination with the Hong Kong Subsidised Secondary Schools Council and aimed to provide students with valuable first-hand exposure to Malaysia and the ASEAN region, while enhancing their cross-cultural understanding and communication skills.
