Thursday, 10 October 2019 - The Hon. Mr. LAU Kong-wah, Secretary for Home Affairs received a courtesy call from Consul-General Yap Wei Sin at his office in Central Government Office, Tamar. The Secretary and CG discussed avenues to further deepen Malaysia-Hong Kong relations particularly in the fields of culture, youth and sport.
After that, CG Yap made his Courtesy Call on The Hon. Mr. John K. C. Lee, Secretary for Security at his office. They reaffirmed the close Malaysia-Hong Kong security, order and uninformed services related cooperation, and discussed opportunities to further strengthen these ties.
