Mr. David Lam, Under Secretary for Development received Consul General Muzambli Markam on 9 May 2023. The Under Secretary briefed the CG on the work of the Development Bureau. They also discussed Hong Kong 2030+: Conceptual Spatial Framework and current issues of common interest.
