Wednesday, 7 September 2022 - In a brief ceremony, Consul-General of Malaysia and Doyen of the ASEAN Consular Corps in Hong Kong, Yap Wei Sin handed over the Doyen-ship to Consul-General of the Philippines Mr Raly L Tejada (effective 14 September).
