On 28 February 2023, Consul General of Malaysia in Hong Kong Muzambli Markam made his introductory call on the Hon. John LEE Ka-chiu, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Chief Executive Lee and CG Muzambli reaffirmed the close Malaysia-Hong Kong trade, investment and tourism cooperation, and discussed opportunities to further strengthen these ties. The Chief Executive wished the new CG a productive and successful tenure in Hong Kong.
