Thursday, 15 October 2020 -Mr Brian Lo, Director-General of Trade & Industry of the Hong Kong SAR Government received Consul-General Yap Wei Sin. The CG congratulated Mr Lo on his recent appointment as TID DG. Both sides had productive discussions on the strong Malaysia-HK trade and investment relations, as well as robust cooperation on APEC work, particularly with Malaysia gearing up to chair the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting on 20 November 2020. They were joined by TID Deputy DG Mr Francis Ho and TID Assistant DG (Regional Cooperation) Ms Helen Kwan, and Ms Ezzwanee Ahmad, Trade Commissioner, MATRADE HK.
