The Consulate-General of Malaysia in Hong Kong advises Malaysians in Hong Kong to stay away from public demonstrations in Hong Kong. If you find yourself in a public demonstration, you are advised to leave the affected area.

 

Malaysians in Hong Kong are advised to be aware of your surroundings, monitor developments on local news and comply with the relevant announcements by the local authorities.

 

For Malaysians planning to travel to Hong Kong in the immediate or near future, you may wish to consider an option to reschedule your travel itinerary to a more conducive time in the future. If you intend to continue with your travel to Hong Kong, you are advised to comply with this notice.
