The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement entered into force in Malaysia today, 18 March 2022. According to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia, Malaysia is expected to benefit with up to US$200 million in export gains. RCEP will provide immense opportunities for trade and investments, enhancing connectivity, and deepening regional economic integration which will further accelerate the region’s economic recovery.
