Ambassador Mohamed El Amine DERRAGUI, Director-General of the Asia Oceania Division, on behalf of Foreign Minister of Algeria, hosted a Farewell Luncheon at Hilton Hotel on 5 June, 2012. Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, several Ambassadors and senior officials of MOFA, Algeria, were also in attendance. While enjoying the sumptuous luncheon, the guests were entertained by a traditional Algerian music group ala Andalusian tune.
The Ambassador thanked the Algerian Government, in particular, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for all the kind assistance that were extended to him during his 3 year-tour of duty here. The Algerian side on the other hand, expressed deep gratitude to the Ambassador for enhancing the existing close ties between Algeria and Malaysia to greater heights.

DEJEUNER D’ADIEU OFFERT PAR LE MINISTERE DES AFFAIRES ETRANGERES
L’Ambassadeur Mohamed El Amine DERRAGUI, Directeur Général Asie Océanie, a offert un déjeuner d’adieu au nom du Ministre des Affaires Etrangères Algérien, à l’hôtel Hilton le 5 juin 2012, en présence du Doyen du Corps Diplomatique, plusieurs Ambassadeurs et des officiels du Ministre des AE Algérien. Pendant le déjeuner somptueux, les invités écoutaient de la musique traditionnelle algérienne jouée par un groupe de musique Andalouse.
L’Ambassadeur a remercié le Gouvernement Algérien, en particulier, le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, pour son aide et assistance durant les trois années de service passées ici. Par ailleurs, le coté algérien a exprimé sa profonde gratitude à l’Ambassadeur pour le renforcement des liens étroits existants entre l’Algérie et la Malaisie.
