APPLICATION FOR LETTER OF GOOD CONDUCT (POLICE CLEARANCE).

 

1)         Please complete the Letter of Good Conduct Application Form in duplicate (two          sets) and submit with the following documents either in person or mail to:

           

           Embassy of Malaysia

2)         Two (2) recent colored passport sized photographs with dimensions of 3.5cm x 5cm. Your face should cover the entire photograph showing your features clearly. (Please  note that photos by coin-operated machines are not acceptable).

 

3)        The fee is Euro 5.00 only. We accept payment by Cash, Postal Money Order or Bank Draft made payable to the EMBASSY  OF MALAYSIA, HELSINKI.

 

4)         A self-addressed prepaid envelope for the return of your documents. The Embassy of Malaysia will not be liable for any mail that is lost, misplaced or damaged during dispatch. (Non applicable for those who come in person)

 

 

For Malaysians only:

 

5)         Two (2) sets of photocopies of pages 1-7 of your valid Malaysian passport.

 

6)         Two (2) sets of photocopies of the front and back of your Malaysian Identity card.

 

 

For Foreigners only:

 

7)         Two (2) sets of photocopies of all the pages (including blank pages) of the passport you held, during your stay in Malaysia.

 

Processing takes three (3) to five (5) months for all complete applications.

Please note that all incomplete applications will be returned to the sender.
