The ASEAN Helsinki Chairmanship was handed over from Indonesia to Malaysia at a Ceremony hosted by the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia H.E. Ratu Silvy Gayatri at the Indonesian Residence. Malaysia is now the Chairman of the ASEAN Helsinki Committee (AHC) and Head of the ASEAN Working Group.
The ceremony proceeded with the customary exchange of Chairmanship documents and trophy exchange to mark the changing of the guard. Congratulations and thank you Indonesia for a successful year at the helm of the ASEAN Helsinki Committee (AHC) and in chairing ASEAN 2023.
