Bowling World Youth Championships

From 23 July 2010 – 1st August 2010, the Finnish Bowling Federation hosted the Bowling Youth Championships which brought altogether 47 participating countries including Malaysia in the Championships. The Malaysian delegation is led by the team officials of Cheah Ban Cheng (Team Manager), Foong Tak Meng (Team Coach) and Azidi Ameran (Team Coach).

The Girls’ Team comprised Siti Safiyah Amirah, Sin Li Jane, Fatin Syazliana Adi Nasution and Jacqueline Jenelee Sijore. While the Boys’ Team comprised Aris Ardilla Santosoh, Yusuf Abdul Raof, Syimir Abdul Razak and Khoo Beng Khai.

Overall, Team Malaysia won two medals i.e. Bronze in the Men’s Double and Bronze in the Ladies’ Team.
