Malaysians in Finland gathered together on Saturday 3 March 2018 for the traditional Chinese New Year celebration hosted by the Embassy of Malaysia in Helsinki.
The Year of the Dog was commemorated with the tossing of Yee Sang for happiness and prosperity and the continued tradition of giving ang pow to the children.
The menu included chicken rice, spring rolls, kueh angku and kueh bakul, noodles courtesy of Singapore Hot Wok, and a variety of delicious potluck dishes including the traditional CNY pineapple tarts.
