Dr. Azfar Mohamad Mustafar, Director-General of the Department of Maritime Issues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia met with HE Dato’ Blanche Olbery, Ambassador of Malaysia in Finland during the former’s visit to Helsinki, Finland. Dr. Azfar was in Finland to speak at the US State Department Offshore Hydrocarbon Program-Frameworks for Sustainable Long-Term Cross-Border Oil and Gas Sector Resource Management on 19-21 April 2016.
