The Embassy of Malaysia had discussions with Latvia's ISMA University of Applied sciences represented by President Olga Verdenhofa. Discussions covered development of educational collaboration between Malaysia, the Baltics and the Nordic region. ISMA is a private higher education institution in Latvia, offering training for both Latvian and foreign students at all levels of studies: college-level training, Bachelor's, Master's, and doctoral studies. with a particular focus on IT, tourism and business administration.
The Embassy looks forward to supporting future academic cooperation between Latvia and Malaysia and the potential new synergies that can be attained from linking up the Baltics and the Nordics with the Southeast Asian region.
