Malaysian Embassy Helsinki joined Malaysian Investment Development Authority Stockholm at a hybrid event organised by the Finland-Southeast Asia Business Association. Mr. Khairul Azhar Amil Hamzah, MIDA Stockholm shared insights into Malaysia’s thriving investment landscape, alongside inspiring words from Ambassador anne vasara, the new Finnish Ambassador to Malaysia, and Mr. Ariff Ali, Chargé d'Affaires of the Malaysian Embassy in Helsinki. Mr. Mohamed Farid Mohamed Razali from Business Finland also provided valuable insights into targeted sectors, emphasising the potential for Finnish companies in Malaysia.
The event also featured success stories from VO Kataja of Sandvik and Jake Väätäjä of Peikko Group Corporation, underscoring the support MIDA provides to businesses venturing into Malaysia. With robust infrastructure, investor-friendly policies, and access to 680 million consumers across ASEAN, Malaysia is a strategic gateway for growth in Southeast Asia.
