The Malaysian Embassy Helsinki brought together a group of Friends of Malaysia (FoM) for our inaugural Friends of Malaysia Art Exhibition and Luncheon. The FoM consisted of foreign nationals who visited/worked/engaged with Malaysia and somewhat have made Malaysia their 2nd home.
The programme was part of Project SINERGI - the Embassy's Cultural Diplomacy initiative. The event began with the Welcoming Remarks by Mohamed Ariff Mohamed Ali, Charge d'affaires. This was then followed by Remarks by the artist & introduction to her artwork. Our guests then followed suit to enjoy the Malaysian food prepared by our very own Perwakilan Helsinki as they mingled in good company and enjoyed the artwork at the same time.
