Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2017 Reception at the Residence of the Malaysian Ambassador to Finland
1 July 2017, Helsinki – The Embassy of Malaysia in Helsinki hosted the 2017 Hari Raya Aidilfitri Reception at the Residence of Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Finland, HE Dato’ Blanche Olbery. The event was organized to celebrate the Eid festival with Malaysians residing here in Finland and was attended by as far as those who lived in Pori and Tampere.
More than seventy guests were in attendance as they enjoyed the Malaysian cuisine food prepared by the members of the Perwakilan at the Embassy such as roti jala, chicken curry, nasi minyak, nasi himpit, rendang daging, among others. It was indeed reminiscence of home. Receptions such as this, allowed Mission to engage with Malaysians and provided a platform for all of Malaysians to interact with each other.
