Hari Sukan Negara 2017
Helsinki, 14 October 2017 – representing the Embassy of Malaysia in Helsinki, some Malaysians and Finnish joined the members of staff for the Hari Sukan Negara 2017 global event by learning the art of Tai Chi. A form of martial arts, participants were taught the correct forms and soft movements of Tai Chi. It was very interesting to note that the exercise is deceivingly simple and easy, as it turned out to be a rather physically demanding exercise.
