The Educa Fair - the largest event for the education and training sector in Finland is being held in Helsinki from 26-27 January 2024. Malaysian education sector professionals were also in attendance this time around.
The Malaysian Embassy Helsinki attended the Opening Ceremony and got acquainted with the offerings of Educa 2024 with a view of further building on the education links between Malaysia and Finland . The Embassy had the opportunity to engage with stakeholders present at the Fair including Professor Datuk Dr. Yasmin Hussain, Director of Collaboration at City University Malaysia; the Malaysian delegation from University College MAIWP International, Mr. Jaakko Skantsi, Programme Director of Education Finland; Ms Karoliina Nygren, Director of Operations and Pedagogy at HEI Schools; and the Parliament of Finland
Educa offers international education and training professionals a topical and high-quality programme in English addressing global education challenges and highlighting aspects of the Finnish educational system. The programme is free of charge to visitors.
