Amb John Samuel represented Malaysia at the 60th Special Course for the Ambassadors Accredited to Finland. It was a good opportunity to see the Finnish Military Special Forces operate in person and upclose as well as first hand experience in understanding the preparedness of Finland especially in these testing time
