Malaysia Canteen – “Jom Minum Petang”
The Embassy of Malaysia hosted the Malaysia Canteen event with the theme, “Jom Minum Petang”, which literally means “Let’s go for an Evening Drink”. The event was held on 5
May 2012 at a Malaysian-owned Serai Restaurant in Helsinki. The turnout was overwhelming and various local Malaysian dishes were served to the guests. This event, which is occasionally held, serves as an outreach programme of the Embassy to the Malaysian community in Finland.
