The Perwakilan Helsinki [Persatuan Wanita Kementerian Luar Negeri] had their Annual General Meeting on 17 January 2023. The meeting began with the Welcoming Remarks by the Charge D’Affaires of Malaysia & PERWAKILAN Advisor, Mr Mohamed Ariff Mohamed Ali, to which he took the opportunity to personally convey appreciation to PERWAKILAN for their immense contribution towards supporting the role of the Malaysian Embassy in Helsinki as we celebrated 50 years of Bilateral Relations between Malaysia- Finland last. In reciprocating, Malaysian Embassy Helsinki is committed to offer unwavering support back to PERWAKILAN in order for them to continue their initiatives throughout 2024 and beyond.
The meeting then took a serious tone with work discussions on future planning, financial management etc., before ending with a lighter note of having a simple but meaningful Malaysian Breakfast together with the spouses.
