Working visit to Kokkola. Apart from visiting Raisoft Oy, a company which has introduced a data collection system enabling medical practitioners to have easy access to the complete medical bio data of a patient, enabling better treatment and care, we also visited Keski Pohjanmaa Central Hospital. It enabled us to see first-hand the use of this data collection system and how best, if agreeable we could also introduce it in Malaysian hospitals.
A meeting with the Mayor of Kokkola Ms. Stina Mattila was also organised. The areas of possible cooperation with Kokkola and Centria University of Applied Sciences were discussed during the meeting.
