Seven participants from the Royal College of Defence Studies made a courtesy call to the High Commissioner, His Excellency Dato Ahmad Rasidi Hazizi at his office in Belgrave Square today. Also present were Defence Adviser, Brig. Gen. Dato' Othman Hj Jamal and First Secretary, Mr. Lum Wan Liang.
