Dato' Noh Omar, Minister of Entrepreneurship and Co-operative Development, was conferred an honorary doctorate by Thames Valley University (TVU) on 30 January 2009. Dato Noh graduated from TVU in 1987 with a degree in law. Dato Noh', who is chairman of University Kuala Lumpur, also signed an MOU with TVU.
