High Commissioner launches Malaysian Pavilion at Taste of London

His Excellency Datuk Zakaria Sulong launched the Malaysian Pavilion at  the Taste of London, June 17. The colourful event allowed visitors to explore the tastes and flavours of Malaysia and sample dishes from 3 of London’s well known  Malaysian restaurants, Awana, Satay House and Tukdin Flavours of Malaysia. And to make the Taste of Malaysia arena more appealing, Rick Stein, Malaysia’s official ambassador for Malaysia Kitchen 2010, was on hand to show his expert knowledge of Malaysian cuisine. Among the performances were folk dances and other artistes.
