The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) renewal between the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the SOAS Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Centre (SADRC) was signed at SOAS University of London on 5 November, during the Due Process in Arbitration: Procedural Justice and Enforceability event.
The signing was witnessed by YAB Dato’ Sri Azalina Othman Said, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reform), alongside Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki bin Mokhtar, Attorney General of Malaysia; H.E. Dato’ Zakri Jaafar, High Commissioner of Malaysia to the UK and Northern Ireland; Professor Emilia Onyema, Director of SADRC; and Professor Steven Finizio of SADRC.
This MoU marks a continued commitment to advancing collaboration in arbitration research, education, and capacity building between Malaysia and the United Kingdom.
