TERM AND CONDITIONS
Offers are rendered to companies registered in the UK (Companies House of United Kingdom under Section F, Standard Industrial Code (SIC)) which has relevant experiences in the UK to provide Contracting Services for the above repair and upgrading works. Supporting documents have to be submitted together with the offer.
SUBMISSION OF OFFER
Submissions of offer must be made using the forms and tables in the tender document. Supplement documents must be of the same dimensions to this document unless specified. All submissions must be made by-hand, sealed and placed into the designated box at the High Commission of Malaysia, 45 Belgrave Square, London SW1X 8QT, before or on the closing date. Bidders need to submit all offer documents (Annex A to Annex H), Supporting Letters (if any) and other supporting documents bound neatly.All submitted documents must be duly signed and stamped. Submissions after the deadline will not be entertained.
