Chargé d’ Affaires a.i. attended the opening session of the Intra-Guinean Political Dialogue Framework under the auspice of Prime Minister Dr Bernard Goumou and in presence of the ECOWAS Mediator Dr Thomas Boni Yayi. A number of political coalitions, civil society organisations, Diplomatic Corps accredited to Guinea as well as representatives of the Government also attended the event. The objective of this dialogue is to bring together all political stakeholders involved in the conduct of the political transition and to deliberate on a number of issues for a rapid and peaceful return to democracy.
