Passport Renewal

 

Please be informed that all applications must present the following documents:

i. Passport Application Form (IM.42-Pin.1/97) (available at www.imi.gov.my or at the consular counter);

 

  1. Malaysian International Passport (original, 2 photocopies of the main page and a valid residence permit);

 

  1. Birth Certificate (original and 2 photocopies) - for Malaysians under the age of 12 or without MyKid;

 

  1. Mykad (original and 2 photocopies);

 

  1. 2 passport photos (coloured photograph with white background, dimension 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm).

Important Notice: Please visit the www.jimlondon.net to view the required photo specifications;

 

  1. Croatian residence card (Boravišna iskaznica) (original and 2 photocopies);

 

  1. Malaysian marriage certificate (if applicable).

 

 

Application fee -  200,00 RM  (pay in cash +/- 42,50 EUROS)

 

The High Commission of Malaysia in London has the authority to issue Malaysia passports to Malaysians abroad.

 

Please note that all payments are to be borne by the applicant including postage charges. Application, including postage, will take at least 4 weeks. Applicants are required to be present at the Embassy to pick up the new passport.
