'IFTAR' GET-TOGETHER AT THE EMBASSY OF MALAYSIA IN ZAGREB

Members of the Malaysian Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia shared the spirit of Ramadhan with a ‘buka puasa’ (Iftar) family get-together on Thursday, 11 September 2008 from 1845 - 2030 at the Chancery.  H.E. Ambassador Aminahtun Hj. Abdul Karim also took the oppurtunity to introduce and welcome Mr. Michael  Saramuthu, the  new Third Secretary to members of the Embassy.  Organized on a potluck basis added variety to the Iftar menu with both Malaysian and local cuisine such as ‘nasi lemak’, ‘cucur udang’, ‘sambal ’, local stew ‘bamia’ and ‘bosanski lonac’, ‘kremsnite’ and ‘Malaysian style’ fried chicken to name a few.
