1.  ATTESTATION/WITNESSING AND NOTARIAL SERVICE

 

Documents originating from Malaysia such as Statutory Declarations, Sales and Purchase Agreement, Power of Attorney, etc. requires attestation by the Consular Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.

 

Documents needed for authentication are:

a) Passport and identity card (original and photocopy).

b) Document issued by Malaysian authorities (original and photocopy).

 

Fees: RM20 per document.

 

2.  CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

 

Certification of Malaysian documents such as birth certificates, school certificates, etc.

a) Passport and identity card (original and photocopy).

b) Original document and photocopy.

 

Fees: RM20 per document.

 

3.  LEGALISATION OF FOREIGN DOCUMENTS
 

Documents issued by the local authorities in the Republic of Croatia are to be authenticated/legalised by Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Republic of Croatia.

 

The duly endorsed documents must be legalised by the Embassy of Malaysia, Zagreb before its usage in Malaysia.

 

For legalisation of foreign documents, it must be duly attested by the respective Embassy/ High Commission/ Consulate of issuing country. 

 

Fees: RM20 per document.

 

4.  CERTIFICATE OF GOOD CONDUCT

 

All applications for the Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) must be made online via the e-Konsular website (https://ekonsular.kln.gov.my)

 


Refer to the status after two weeks of submission. Once you have completed and submitted your online application, please wait for an e-mail notification confirming that your certificate is ready for collection.
