Visit of Proton Delegation to Croatia

Two representatives from Proton’s Export Division held a meeting with Ambassador Aminahtun Karim at the Embassy on 25 March 2010. They were accompanied by the Proton representative for Slovenia and Croatia. The delegation was on a visit to Croatia to explore the possibility to export five different Proton models to markets in the Balkan region. This is in line with the company’s strategy to expand its international exports. Proton cars were previously sold in Croatia from 1996 to 1999 and were discontinued after the Asian financial crisis.
