Please be informed that all application for Single Entry Visa (SEV) for work/study/tourism in Malaysia has to be submitted online through the Immigration of Malaysia's portal: https://malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my/evisa/evisa.jsp

The Embassy will only process for manual application on case-by-case basis (eg. technical glitches in the online system or etc.). The requirement to obtain Single Entry Visa (SEV) manually at the Embassy is based on the approval letter from Immigration Malaysia and applicable to those who reside in Croatia only. In order to apply for SEV from the Embassy of Malaysia in Zagreb, the person will have to fulfill the below requirements:

To fill in the visa application form
To provide 1 passport photos of the applicant
To provide original passport with validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure to Malaysia and a copy of the passport (the page that contains your bio-data and photo)
To provide a copy of residence card/local identity card
To provide approval letter from Immigration Malaysia - MDEC / ESD etc.
To provide visa application fee – 20 RM (pay in cash +/- 4,50 EUROS)

The Consular Section at the Embassy of Malaysia opens from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12.00pm. Please make an appointment via email to the Embassy zag.receptionist@kln.gov.my in advance before coming to the Embassy to apply for the SEV.

**	VWTR	- Visa Without Reference (Visa is issued by Malaysian mission in the respective country)
	VWR	- Visa With Reference (Visa is approved by the Immigration Department)


Note * :

1.	All Visitors MUST ENTER Malaysia through Airports only.
2.	Visitors MUST obtain Visa Without Reference or Visa With Reference at the nearest Malaysian Embassies / Consulates before entering Malaysia.
3.	Exemption of visa is given to nationals of African countries as listed in Para 3.1 above, who visits Malaysia under the sponsorship of the Government or as a guest of the Government. The period of stay approved will be based on the period required to achieve the purpose of the visit as a government sponsored visitor or guest. Proof of sponsorship or invitation as a guest of the Government should be produced to the Immigration Officer at the point of entry.
4.	i- Conditions for Visa Without Reference (VWTR):
	a)	Posses confirm air ticket back to country of origin or current residing country or posses visa and confirm air ticket to country of onward destination.
	b)	Visitors will be given a maximum 14 days stay with no extension allowed or much shorter period of stay for those who are on transit before continuing their onward journey.

	ii- Conditions for Visa With Reference (VWR):
	a)	This visa is issued for those traveling on business or investment only.
	b)	Trip MUST be sponsored by a local high level individual or a local business company which invites them to Malaysia (the sponsoring company need to be well established and is required to submit copies of Form 9, 24 and 49 to the Immigration Department of Malaysia).
	c)	The sponsor MUST deposit RM 2000.00 per person to the Immigration Department of Malaysia as a security deposit.
	d)	Visitors will be given a maximum 30 days of stay with no extension allowed.

5.	Extension of Social/Business pass is not allowed unless approved by the Director General or Deputy Director General of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
