ASEAN Day was colourfully celebrated today at the Hilton Budapest, with a three tier programmes consisting of a Commemorative Reception, ASEAN Cultural Dances Presentation and an ASEAN Heritage Exhibition from 8th -18th August 2024.
The activities organised are also aimed at creating awareness on ASEAN among the Hungarian general public.
The event was graced by the Deputy State Secretary of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Mr. Adam Stifler and was attended by local government officials, the media, business people and the public, as well as Ambassadors and members of ASEAN countries' Embassies and communities from Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
