The PERWAKILAN, along with the ladies from the Asian, Middle-Eastern and North African countries/embassies had organized a cultural exhibition and bazaar at the multi-purpose hall of the Embassy of Malaysia in Budapest on 12th May 2011. The Ambassadors' spouses and the ladies from the respective countries' Embassies collaborated and donated exquisite items, including handicrafts, jewelry, clothes, carpets, paintings, for exhibition and sale. In addition, the visitors were served a variety of traditional snacks and finger food prepared by the participating embassies. The event received an overwhelming response from members of the diplomatic corps, international communities and the Hungarian public. The sales was also a success and all proceeds will be donated to various charitable organisation.
