Malaysians in Hungary celebrated the 67th National / 61st Malaysia Day

Malaysians in Hungary celebrated the 67th National / 61st Malaysia Day today at the Embassy. The "Jalur Gemilang" was hoisted and the "Negaraku" sang. Many Malaysians came in their traditional costumes adding colour to the celebration. In his speech, the Ambassador of Malaysia, H.E. Amb. Francisco Munis impressed upon the importance of preserving Malaysian unity and promoted awareness on the significance of the year 2024 as the 55th Anniversary of Malaysia-Hungary Diplomatic Relations, as well as the 2025 Malaysia ASEAN Chairmanship. H.E. the Ambassador also presented Certificates of Appreciations to Malaysians who contributed to the "Program Sinergi Rakyat Malaysia - Warna Warni Malaysia" held previously.
