The Embassy of Malaysia in Budapest successfully hosted an exclusive culinary event, Malaysia Chef Table featuring Celebrity Chef Dato’ Ismail Ahmad, one of Malaysia’s most celebrated chefs, in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2026.
Chef Ismail introduced Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage and conducted a live cooking demonstration showcasing Malaysia’s signature dishes to distinguished guests. Guests also had the opportunity to take part in the cooking session and later enjoy the dishes they prepared together, experiencing the authentic taste of Malaysia in a warm and interactive setting.
This event not only highlighted Malaysia’s diverse and vibrant cuisine but also served to strengthen cultural ties and friendship between Malaysia and Hungary.
