The vehicle may be viewed or inspected from 9 to 20 November 2009 between 1000 hours to 1600 hours at the Embassy of
Bids are to be made using a prescribed form KEW.PA22 which can be obtained at the address stated above. The bid must be valid for sixty (60) days.
Bids are to be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "Embassy's Vehicle Quotation No. BUD.1/2009" to the Head of Chancery, Embassy of
Closing date and time for submission of bids is on 24 November 2009 at 1200 hours. Bids received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The vehicle will be sold subject to the reserved price.
2. The vehicle is offered on sale on "as is/where is" basis.
3. Other expenses related to the purchase of the vehicle, if any, are to be borne by the buyer.
4. Buyer is required to make full payment of the vehicle within one (1) week from the date of notification of the successful bid.
5. Buyer is to claim the vehicle within seven (7) days after the full payment has been made.
6. The Embassy will have no obligation after sale.
