On 5 October 2017, the Consul General paid a courtesy call on H.E Summit Mullick, Chief Secretary of the Maharashtra State Government. The call, which took place at the Chief Secretary’s office at Mantralaya, Mumbai was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere.
The CG, among others, expressed gratitude to the State Government for the support rendered to the Consulate General and the Malaysian agencies based in Mumbai and expressed hope that the cooperation between the two sides would be further strengthened. The CG also took the opportunity to seek the Chief Secretary’s advice and support on various issues of concern.
Both of them also used the platform to share and exchange views on an array of issues in a frank and casual manner.
