MALAYSIAN FOOD AND CULTURE EVENT 2023 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 60TH MALAYSIA DAY CELEBRATION, 15 SEPTEMBER 2023
On 15 September 2023, Malaysian Consulate General in Mumbai organised a ‘Malaysian Food and Culture’ event to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Malaysia Day in Mumbai. The event was held in collaboration with Tourism Malaysia (TM) Mumbai, PERWAKILAN Mumbai and Blue Sea Catering and Banquet.
The Additional Chief Secretary and Chief of Protocol of the Government of Maharashtra, Smt. Manisha Patankar-Mhaiskar has graced the event.
Among the programme that had been arranged during the event were traditional dance performance by the students of KLE-USM International Medical Programme and live-cooking demonstration by Chef Azman Mat Hassan of Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. Around 150 guests attended the event including government officials, diplomatic corps, business community and Malaysians.
